Frontier Co-op whole psyllium husk is the outer covering of Plantago ovata seeds and provides soluble fiber. Supplied in a one-pound bulk bag.
Use only as directed on the product label. Mix each tablespoon with at least one full 8-ounce glass of liquid; inadequate liquid can cause swelling, throat blockage and choking. Do not use with swallowing difficulty or bowel obstruction or narrowing. Chest pain, vomiting, or trouble swallowing or breathing after use requires immediate medical attention. Separate medicines by taking them at least one hour before psyllium or several hours afterward. Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or nursing, with a medical condition, or while taking medication. Store beyond children's reach.
